Baby Crib

Dimensions: 33” x 57″ x 46″

63 hours in. Rails and mattress support done. Finishing ends

My wife and I are expecting our first baby in August so I am building the crib. This crib is fairly standard and follows the US requirements for crib safety. It is not made to convert into a full bed as some cribs do, its simply a crib. It will be stained the same as the computer desk i built for my brother. This project is really involved and is perhaps the most complex project I have done to date. I built my router table in preparation for building the crib.

    Hey Chris,
Very impressive. What a gift to hand-down for years. This type of “blood, sweat and tears” will not quickly be forgotten by you and Regina and your children. I can’t wait to see the finished product and the sweet baby boy who will call it home sweet home!

Too beautiful! No bad instructions to follow, and you wont have any screws and spare parts left. Beautiful! And the baby in it will make it even more spectucular! : )

This is so great! How great it will be for Micah to sleep in a bed made by his father’s hands. There’s definitely a metaphor in there for our life with the Lord! Congratulations!
